found joy...

 I found a great deal of joy this morning in my cup of jasmine tea with honey, a handful of lychees and a great book by a fellow blogger.

Also here is a little gift for you: the recipe for delicious bits of cinnamon-y goodness, a secret recipe that I am no longer keeping a secret from my tea house back in Canada! 

I miss the days of making these every morning but I am pretty sure my body isn't missing those extra calories right now.

I really feel like I have a whirlwind of things to share but it may have to wait a bit.
